Former coach Gwen Stefani slipped into a two-tone Cruella de Vil hairdo and checkerboard look for her "Slow Clap" single remix with Saweetie. Bieber, his hair twisted up into hornlike top braids, cruised into the frame in a classic convertible for his low-key performance of recent singles "Peaches" and "Hold On" with a live band.

Levine and Maroon 5 were surrounded by a dripping forest of digital flowers during "Beautiful Mistakes," with the guest verse from Megan Thee Stallion popping up on the screen behind them. Ben Platt started alone for his single "Imagine," and was then joined by a group of dancers reacting to his emotional vocals.
