After we got our food we just wanted to leave ASAP. In the end my mother and I felt like we were judge racially and that we were not good enough to eat at the restaurant.

After I left I looked at their reviews and there are others who had the same experience. If you want good food and good service please don't eat here, there are other businesses who need the help and support more than these people.

Poor service, received a non washed cup with lipstick on it. The food is mediocre and the ambiance is average. The macaroons are not worth it. Place is great… however food was not impressive at all. I enjoyed the mini sliders, but the Tuna Tartar was tatesless. Delicious and exquisite, the outdoor courtyard exceeded expectations! Our server was wonderfully attentive and helpful. Will definitely visit again! Staff was exceptional especially to my 9 year old girl. We come whenever we are in nyc and it never disappoints.

Great location, atmosphere and food. Celebrated my sister birthday. Laduree is the best. The outdoor garden is so pretty and everything about the experience is so charming and elegant. The service is excellent as is the food. We enjoyed eating in the garden at Laduree. The service and food were wonderful, the atmosphere delightful. Looking forward to dining again soon.

I told the waiter none of this was communicated to me while booking the reservation. We did enjoy ourselves, but lauderee has always been a favorite place of mine and I was really disappointed that evening. We enjoyed a lovely birthday celebration in the garden.

It was a beautiful way to spend our Sunday afternoon. Merci beaucoup! Amazing staff, food was great! I would highly recommend. Was outdoors-it is a beautiful space. However, the food was not hot, which was disappointing and the "lobster" pasta had 3 tiny pieces of lobster-not sure that really qualified as a lobster dish.

Also, it said it was with chili-but there was absolutely no chili taste. My friend ordered eggs Benedict; she mentioned that her food was not particularly warm even but she did not send it back as she was worried everything else on her plate would be ruined. Finally, we tried to order macarons through the server and he refused to take the order; when we went to the front counter to buy them, we were asked why the server didn't take the order and we told them he refused. Overall, a disappointing brunch but for the beautiful setting.

And, as an aside, I generally do not write reviews but I thought this needed to be said. Incredible birthday experience, thank you to everyone especially Erika! Food was presented well but was bland and tasteless. We ordered the avocado toast and the caprese sandwich and both were disappointing. The macarons and cocktails were delish. Also our server was very rude.
