Why is cowboom so cheap

I contacted CowBoom numerous times and tried to get at least some help, but they only said how sorry they were and did absolutely nothing. When my laptop arrived box was completely ripped. I will not buy from CowBoom ever again!

They shipped the speaker thru UPS ground and took 5 days. UPS has to return the package to sender dealtree. So I called dealtree customer service demanding a swift resolutions.
